I’m a former founder and hands-on operator with deep experience in highly regulated, compliance-driven markets, most notably cannabis. Working within those constraints forced discipline early: a clear strategy, clean execution, and systems that hold up under pressure.
My skills translate across industries, but they were sharpened in startups and growth-stage companies with annual revenue ranging from a few million to $100M+. I’ve led sales, marketing, and operations simultaneously, often stepping in when growth had stalled or teams were misaligned.
Fractionally, I operate in a GM or CRO capacity, helping founders turn strategy into execution. That work includes revenue architecture, sales process and compensation design, go-to-market alignment, and on-the-ground leadership with teams.
