Left in 2004 to found PacificHub BPO/TeleConnect in the Philippines. A sales driven BPO and one of the first to market B2B internet services. Successful exit in 2008 after building to 800 employees and selling to the Lopez Group of companies in Manila. Since then, majority of time spent consulting on my own and with JD Power for two years auditing BPOs in the healthcare and fintech domains.
