Patrick Kelly is a product and brand innovation leader with more than a decade of experience building high performance portfolios across skincare, hair, fragrance, and wellness. He brings deep expertise in product strategy, including long term roadmap planning and end to end new product development. He also has a strong track record in brand strategy, positioning, and go to market leadership.
Most recently at RANAVAT, he led global product innovation and longterm planning across skincare, haircare, and fine fragrance, bridging Ayurvedic heritage with modern clinical efficacy. Previously, he served as Brand Director at John Paul Mitchell Systems for three brands: Tea Tree, MITCH, and MVRCK. His work at JPMS included leading a full Tea Tree rebrand, brand positioning, campaign development, and all NPD, from concept to commercialization. Patrick was also the founder of Sigil, a genderless fine fragrance brand known for its elevated natural formulations and distinctive storytelling. The brand received recognition and awards from outlets including Vogue, GQ, and Marie Claire.
In addition to his full time leadership roles, Patrick has partnered on a fractional and consultative basis with many emerging and established brands, advising on product strategy, innovation pipeline, fragrance and formulation direction, brand architecture, positioning, and go to market strategy.
