Lindsey Dinneen is the Director of Marketing & Engagement at Project Medtech, a fractional CMO, and a business consultant specializing in business and brand strategy, marketing, and business development. She brings a mission-driven approach to her work, supporting companies across medtech, wellness, education, and the performing arts to grow and thrive with clarity and impact. She holds an MBA and an M.S. in Management & Leadership and is often featured in publications, podcasts, and other media as a leadership and marketing expert.
Her experience includes building and scaling ventures from the ground up, including VidaDance Studio, where she led all aspects of business operations, marketing, and curriculum development. As the founder of VidaDance Company, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit professional dance company, she produced award-winning performances while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Working primarily with what she fondly refers to as a “zero-dollar marketing budget,” these experiences sharpened her ability to think creatively, develop highly effective strategies, and achieve results with limited financial resources.
Five years ago, she transitioned into the medtech industry—an environment that proved to be both her professional calling and passion. She finds deep meaning in sharing transformative medical innovations with the world alongside mission-driven teams dedicated to making a genuine impact on patients’ lives. When she’s not working or dancing, you can find her drinking a good cup of tea, reading a book, or exploring the world with her husband as a full-time digital nomad.
