How I Help Founders
I work directly with founders who need owner-level thinking, not another manager or advisor to delegate to and chase afterward.
I’ve built, scaled, and exited a SaaS business, and since then I’ve worked in fractional and intrapreneurial roles where founders needed someone they could trust to see the whole business, make hard decisions, and move initiatives forward without constant oversight.
My role is typically to step in where founders are overloaded, stuck, or stretched thin and help turn ideas, strategies, or ignored problems into execution.
