As a Technical Customer Success Leader, I bridge the gap between complex Engineering realities and Revenue goals. My background is not typical for CS: I am a former Java Developer and Founder who holds an MBA and an MS in Operations Research.
This combination allows me to operate where standard CS leaders cannot: I can debug a deployment with DevOps, build a churn-prediction regression model with Data Science, and present NRR expansion strategies to the Board -- all in the same afternoon.
THE TRACK RECORD
I specialize in taking technical SaaS ventures (Cybersecurity, AI, DevSecOps) from "Zero-to-Scale" to Exit.
• Founder-to-Exit: I bootstrapped CloudSploit from $40 MRR to a seven-figure ARR acquisition by Aqua Security without external funding. I built the entire post-sales engine, closing the first $175k enterprise deal and managing all Legal, Finance, and CS operations.
• Enterprise Scale: At Contrast Security, I scaled the Solution Architecture team to influence $16M+ in revenue, demonstrating $1M+ in compliance savings for global accounts.
• Technical Fluency: I speak the language of your users. With a background as a Sun Certified Java Programmer and deep expertise in AppSec/LLM Security, I gain "Trusted Advisor" status with technical buyers immediately.

I move organizations away from "reactive support" toward Customer Success-Led Growth. I utilize my background in Operations Research to build predictive risk models and automation frameworks that scale coverage without inflating headcount.
