About
I’m an EOS-driven Integrator and Fractional COO with over a decade of experience helping leadership teams bring clarity, structure, and execution to growing, complex organizations. I’ve been operating in the Integrator seat since 2015, partnering with Visionaries to translate big ideas into practical systems, aligned teams, and consistent results.
Across multiple organizations, I’ve led significant operational transformations, scaling teams from under 30 to more than 85 people, redesigning operating models, and simplifying backend service delivery by over 70%. My work has included profitability turnarounds, leadership team restructures, workforce redesign across employees and contractors, and preparing businesses for acquisition or their next stage of growth.
I’m deeply experienced in EOS, and I’m known for bringing financial clarity, operational discipline, and accountability without sacrificing client or employee experience. I thrive in environments where things feel heavy, messy, or unclear, and my role is to bring order, focus, and forward momentum.
Through Duke BCG, I serve as a Fractional COO for founders and leadership teams who have outgrown “figuring it out as we go.” I work inside the business to clarify roles and decision-making, establish execution rhythms, translate vision into priorities, and close the operational gaps that hold teams back. The objective is always the same: build a strong foundation, strengthen leadership, and create a business that can scale sustainably—whether or not a full-time COO is the next step.
I also lead operational audits for teams seeking clarity and direction, as well as coaching for COOs and Integrators who want experienced guidance as they mature their systems and leadership cadence.
At my core, I specialize in bringing calm, clarity, and execution to complex organizations, helping leadership teams do the work that matters most and build businesses that are built to last.
